Currently many of our items are not held in stock by us, so please allow 5 to 10 working days for processing and delivery before you receive your order. Addition delivery time must be added for overseas orders.

Currently, we can ship to any address on the mainland UK.

In addition we ship to North America and Canada, and many parts of Europe,

If you cannot find your territory on the drop down menu on the home page, this means we do not currently ship to you as standard. However, please Contact Us to establish if we can ship to you.

Postage is calculated at the checkout. Postage costs are based on territory and package weight.

 

Returns Policy


We check all items for quality before posting to you. Items are photographically documented before being packaged.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery for either a full refund or exchange. We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ie you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please call 0333 577 2025 asap, and we will send you a return postage paid sticker (UK Mainland Only).

You should expect to receive your replacement item with 7 days (Mainland UK) assuming it is in stock, or your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days (Mainland UK)), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
 

 

Returning Non-Faulty items

Non faulty items must be returned within 7 days at your cost. They will then be refunded as above.

NB Items which have been worn cannot be returned or refunded in any circumstance.

Food, drinks, and sweet items, cannot be refund under any circumstance.
